I came to US nails out of convenience, since I live right across the street, I don’t know if I came at the wrong time but the moment I walked in I saw the place pretty dirty but for it to be a small place I can understand that when they are busy it can be harder to clean. The lady that did my nails hurt me a lot, she used a drill to remove my dip power but it was burning so bad. I’ve done my nails several times before at other salons and never has it burned on every nail and I told her that she was hurting me but she didn’t even make a remark or apologize. When she was finalizing the shape of my nails she burned along my cuticle and left me irritated and raw, with the drill. I pretty sure she didn’t lower the speed and or change the drill head the entire time. Im not sure I’ll come again but I hope they pay closer attention instead of trying to throw more things for clients to do such as waxing.

So slow and way overpriced for the service. It took them 3 hours to do the simplest design. One of the technicians yelled at us and they took care of other customers in the meantime, even though we had an appointment. We’ll never go back there.

The people were nice. However, the hand massage was about 30 seconds long. Which is one of the main reasons I go to get my nails done. Def a disappointment! Also they said I was all set however my skin under my nail was pretty much glued to my nail and I had to go home and separate them. They also left polish on my hand and my skin around my nails. Then they got upset when I paid with a card instead of cash. Super nice people but I think I'm still in search of my Cali nail person and will not be returning here. Prices were good however!

The price is not the best but its not expensive either. The service is great. I come here all the time because they are accommodating and do well.

First time here and I loved it! Nina did my nails and they look great and for an even better price! Definitely coming back.
