Vivian, Ray & Jenny are THE BEST! Always professional. End product ~ be it gel mani, a pedi or reg mani~ consistently top notch results! Clean clean clean - the salon itself AND the equipment used. My daughters & I have been ‘regulars’ for over 5 years. This team is incredible! I have not received service that compares to Toes in Melrose! You will NOT be disappointed.

I went in to get my nails cleaned up. I’ve decided recently that I don’t like polish so I went all natural. They were busy and asked me to come back in a half hour, I was back in an hour after running an errand. I think maybe I shouldn’t have come back at all. The lady rushed through it so fast and completely cut down my already short nails to the beds. Same with the toes. Most of this was painful. When she was done, there was no smooth buffed out look but a dull crisscrossing of the file you use to make your nail ready for polish. I’m really disappointed to have paid $32 for torture and ugliness. I’ve never had an issue getting my nails buffed to a shine. I might have understood but everything looks so choppy and she was really rough on my skin. I’m sure the others that work here are great, but this woman could not get rid of me faster.

They have chairs for kids and my 6 year old loves the special attention. We love having a mommy daughter mani pedi here!

The manicurist who removed my gel was so rough in filing that it was becoming painful. As I was about to inform her of the pain, she had filed so far that the nail began to bleed. As she was attempting to stop the bleeding, she was telling me that my nails were thin. If you realize that my nails are thin, why are you filing them so roughly that they bleed? I’ll never go there again.
