Got my haircut by Justine on Wednesday, 6/29/22. She did a great job! I didn’t really go in with much of a plan of what I wanted, I just knew I needed to cut a good amount of split ends. She didn’t cut too much off so it’s still pretty lengthy. As you can see in the pictures my hair is much more wavy and happy days after the haircut. It was much needed. She recommended I purchase the Blue Enjoy Shampoo/Conditioner and I’ve used it ever since. She explained the chemistry of hair and how the shampoo I was using before wasn’t good for my hair. It was weighing my hair down a lot so I wasn’t getting as many waves as I do now. I also have hard water in my home so using the enjoy shampoo will balance out the ph of my hair. Justine is super nice and friendly! I would 100% recommend her. She made sure to keep a good length and cut the front to compliment my face! My hair now feels very soft and light🥰🤗

Horrible experience with the hair stylist. The haircut is okay. The problem was the stylist's attitude. As soon as I told her I wanted a buzzcut she was judgmental and rude. She repeatedly asked me why I would do that to my hair. Not only is that none of her business, but women get buzzcuts for all sorts of reasons including taste and illness. She asked me this throughout the haircut while trying to convince me to only buzz the sides. I kept saying no thank you very nicely even though I was uncomfortable. She persisted and only shaved the sides, still trying to dissuade me from getting the full buzzcut and telling me she could do a fade instead. She was being so difficult when all I wanted was a buzzcut. After realizing that I was set on the buzz, she said she hoped I had a good scalp. She then asked me what my mom would think about the haircut. I am 25 years old, but even if I was younger, this is not an appropriate question to ask a client. Still, I replied nicely. She proceeded to tell me that if her child got a buzzcut she would be disappointed, which is one of the most inane things a hairstylist could say to a costumer. She then said I had a lot of metal earrings. She was clearly put off by me, and despite my attempts at having a courteous interaction, she kept making prejudiced comments. I am not sure if there was some sort of language barrier that made this hairstylist's communication completely inappropriate, but please address this because I genuinely felt judged, uncomfortable, and will never be going to Supercuts again. I wish I knew the name of the stylist, but I went to the store at around 12:25pm on Tuesday Jan 2.

After being turned away from another local salon, because they don’t “detangle” we went to Super Cuts on Genessee. They couldn’t have been nicer and gave my granddaughter a darling cut after first combing out all the tangles. Highly recommend!

Love this location. I’ve had good haircuts with all the stylist here but Kathy is my GO TO. I Call in every time and request a time with her. She’s quick, clean, nice and most importantly does a awesome job on my hair. Request her, you won’t be dissapointed!

Words can hardly describe the haircut I received, I went back to have the manager fix it…it helped a little bit. My advice naturally is DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR HAIR! Nuff said.
