If you want a well-done and super natural nail, I recommend John or Sofia. I've been here 3 times, and this last one was spectacular, John did my nails wonderfully. I loved!!!

When I first got there, I said I wanted three pedicures and one set of nails. The guy asked me three times to repeat it. I did. He said he understood. Then when I was getting my pedicure, one of the ladies pointed to me and said you want nails? I said yes. Then when I was done with my pedicure, I sat down and the guy started doing my nails. But he started painting them with some clear stuff that was weird so I asked you’re doing nails right? He said yes this goes under the nail. Then he started to open the fingernail polish so I said OK wait a minute what are you doing? He said I’m painting your nails I said no I didn’t say paint nails I said a set of nails. He said well you’re supposed to tell me when you come in. I said I said it three times to three different people. Then he had to remove all the gel and do acrylics. Then he just started clipping them when he was done I said I want them almond shape he said oh they’re too short to do almond shape. You should’ve said something. I said, when did you want me to say something when you were clipping them?. I said, when were you gonna ask me? Regardless, I let him finish the nails, they are horribly crooked and lumpy and beyond ugly.

Been here before when my regular nail tech isn’t available never had a bad experience Until today went in for a fill Lady was nice enough Showed her a picture it was a brown french tip which she complained once she filed my old acrylic Because my natural nail was dark (im a hairstylist) ended up asking just for a light brown She kept trying to buff it After several times i told her it was okay to not get rid of it since because she kept going at it it was burning me & being realistic it never goes away so im okay with it showing through And she kept cutting me and i would move my hand being a reaction of her cutting me and she kept telling me to stay still at times being annoyed of it One hand is longer than the other She didnt double check or anything Dont expect all of em to look the same but atleast close enough

Sofia did an amazing job she did my little sisters nails… she was so sweet and patient and the art itself turned out amazing! Daniel did my nails (the black French tip) and was amazing patient as well and extremely gentle! I love coming here
