This nail salon is fabulous. I’ve been coming here for years and always leave relaxed, polished & satisfied. Kim does an excellent job on designs, Lori & Mindy do outstanding pedicures, however all the technicians are professional and do a great job. I am always confident I’ll leave happy after every visit.

I normally do not take the time to write reviews, however this experience changed that for me. I had asked for the “Red Carpet Me Time” package, and the person who assisted me seemed very put off by this. When I got to the pedicure chair, both the manicurist and pedicurist, repeatedly commented on how my nails were so short, and kept looking at my toes and telling me not to cut them myself next time. I was told this at least 4 times…. I can understand a language barrier as well, and that’s not an issue, but when you make hardly any attempt to talk to the person you are working on, and continue to talk in whispers with a colleague and look down at the customers feet and and nails giggling, it is a bit uncomfortable. My manicurist was a bit nicer, however the lady who did my pedicure made a lot of rude facial expressions, especially after my callus removal. I felt very self conscious. The only reason I am leaving 2 stars, instead of 1, is because they did a good job on the painting/actual treatment. Big lack in customer service. Not sure I will be back, I certainly do not wish to pay a heavy price to feel insecure.

The facility is very clean and bright and the staff is very friendly and talented! I've been 2 times now and will keep coming back! I've "walked in" both times, but called ahead to make sure they had someone available. First time I set an appt for 2 hours later, most recent time I was able to come right away. I got the #4 pedicure both times and it's so relaxing and my feet feel and look great after. I will only get pedicures at salons with massage chairs and the ones here do not disappoint! Prices are fair as well!! I live in north park and just walk but if you drive, give yourself time to find street parking or park in the parking garage that is in the same building as the salon...I think it's only like $2 to park!

I decided to try this nail salon for the first time and out of every nail salon I been to. This nail salon has to be the worst customer service ever! They don’t greet you when you walk in and when I got seated the guy with glasses handled my hands very ruffly and kept laughing and pointing at my nails. He sneezed and didn’t even cover his month and some of it got in my hand. He cut me twice on my fingers and didn’t say anything. They kept talking their language witch I don’t have nothing against but they don’t even try to be respectful or professional or make you feel like it worth spending you’re money on. In top of that the salon doesn’t provide ac and it’s small and crowded inside. And I got extra small neutral nails with no design or anything on it and they charged me almost $80. It was not worth my time, gas, money. I felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome. I don’t ever leave bad reviews but this nail salon was horrible.
