I loved my experience at Lulu’s. It was my first time here. The scheduling is easy, they make sure the scheduling make sense for your services and time. Linda was absolutely amazing at her detail in making my cuticles clean and beautiful and her polish job is divine! I wish I was the artsy type nail girl but I’m sure she would be very talented at executing it. I would definitely come back again.

I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at this nail salon, and it's all thanks to Janet's meticulous work. Her attention to detail is top-notch, and it really shines through in the final results. The gel polish here is no joke; it consistently lasts 2-3 weeks without chipping. And the love and care my cuticles receive is unlike any other salon experience. I've also gotten gel-x done here and always leave impressed. In short, if you're in search of expert nail care, longevity, and a relaxing atmosphere, this salon is the place to be.

This was an extremely long lasting pedicure. I have never had one that didn't chip or get ruined within the first couple of days. This lasted for weeks.

So disappointed. I made an appointment to get a set of gel x extensions a few weeks in advance because I had a few events coming up. When I arrived (early!) the girl told me that my appointment hadn’t been confirmed so she didn’t have to honor it. I showed her TWO emails I had confirming my appointment. I should have just left then. I sat there for 2 painfully awkward hours while she did my extensions. They looked nothing like the pictures I had showed her & looked very bad. I paid $130 and left, cried immediately when I got home, and the next day went to a normal nail salon to have them fixed. After paying $30 to get my nails fixed somewhere else, I paid $160 in total for nails I didn’t even like. Horrible experience.
