However, I must convey my disappointment with the quality of service I received during my visit on Sunday. Upon browsing your online portfolio, I was impressed by the pristine quality of the nail work showcased. However, the reality of my experience fell far short of these expectations. Within mere days of my visit, the nail polish began to crack and chip, leaving me dissatisfied with the longevity of the service. Furthermore, I observed that the application of both nail and toe polish was noticeably uneven, indicating a rushed and subpar execution of the job. As a paying customer, it is disheartening to invest in a service only to find the results do not meet the standards advertised by the company. I believe it is essential for a business to uphold the standards depicted on their website, as this forms the basis of customer expectations. Regrettably, my recent experience at Boudair Nail Bar has left me feeling let down. I'm not from around here; I'm here for work. I walked in to make an appointment for a Sunday service for my pedicure and gel manicure. The front desk was very nice, and the receptionist's name is Victoria. My manicurist, Anna, was very nice, sweet, and professional. She was also very patient and understanding. My pedicurist, Alan, was gentle with my toe for my ingrown toenail. The whole service here was nice, and I felt comfortable. I'll definitely come back here when I visit San Diego again and strongly recommend Alan and Anna.

I was so impressed by Anna! She does beautiful nail art, and she is so friendly! I had a great time getting my nails done here because of her. I can’t wait to go back. Everyone should book an appointment with Anna!

I had a lot of excitement of visiting this place, i was looking for a place to go with my friends. I got there hoping to get the full bar nail experience, I was sat in a regular lil table next yo thr entrance!!! Not even a cup water was i offered, The lady who did my nails was an asian lady and worked really fast to do my fill, I wasn’t happy with the result because she didn’t fill my nail all the way down to the cuticle, i told her i wanted my fill to last, and she said, im sorry i don’t have that experience, if you wanted something like that next time ask for this person, i forgot the name she said, WOW! I didn’t know i had to ask for an specific person to do a good job, , i was so upset i just let her finish my fill. I told the girls in the front desk, they apologized and that was it. I got my nails done on a Friday and today os Tuesday. I have to ho get my nails fix in another place cuz i already need a fill. I got a text the next day after my services there, asking how was the experience, i explained and all i got was an i am sorry to hear that, Worst place, never again.
