Awa did my best friends braids so terrible. As hairstylist myself, i noticed a lot of imperfections and she charged my bestie $350. She knotted the human hair into the braids and the knots are now coming undone after only having the braids in for 3 1/2 weeks . And she only did feed ins for half the braids and left the braiding hair loose at the ends. I do not recommend going to her. There are however other braiders at this shop that do the hairstyle correctly.

I’m just going to say I learned my lesson, I came here on June 4th wanting some knotless braids with some color( the color blend was horrible)… I’m not sure if the female who did them was new but the parts were not neat and the braids were crooked. I asked for short braids but they were not understanding. After they dipped my hair in water I was just ready to go. I paid $240 and left. After 15 minutes I noticed the hot mess on my head in the mirror and turned around because the braids were coming undone and the knots had weave sticking up from them(even though I asked for knotless).. Anyways I had to take the braids out the next day because it looked unprofessional in my uniform🤦🏽♀️the picture in this review is when I went back to them to fix may hair after I left for 15 minutes and the hair was looking like that?!.. she said she would refund me for half but I never got it.

I had a great experience as a first time client. I got boho box braids and love them. As a new client naturally I was nervous about the braids being too tight. I shared this with them and they were very mindful and continued to check in with me along the way. They are professional, friendly, beautiful women. It’s good to see other women have a thriving business. The best part. It was super quick and the price is very reasonable. I appreciate that they do not require a deposit and they had quick availability for an appointment. I’ll definitely be back.

Most of the braids came out in less than one week...would not recommend. Shall I produce forth the text messages, including you forgetting to repair the horrible braiding your ‘sister’ who was chewing chips in my ear did? I can go on and on however, for you to excuse a customer of lying confirms this business’s lack of transparency and professionalism. Peace be unto you
